Being a massage therapist for the past 10 years has given me a huge appreciation for the human body and what we are capable of.
My greatest success as a massage therapist has been providing clients with the right tools for at-home practice, in addition to regular therapeutic massages.
I graduated from the Nutritional Therapy Associated in 2023 and am a certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner. My goal is
to empower others to find freedom through food and confidence within themselves.

I am an ACE-certified personal trainer serving the North Shore area for over 28 years. I also offer a multi-modality approach to wellness and well-being, including Personal Training/Post-Rehab and Intuitive Healing Energy services such as Reiki, Shamanic Soul Illumination, Soul Retrievals, and various other Shamanic Healing services.
In addition, I facilitate both destination and local retreats that provide a space for healing and transformation.
